Handheld Device Enclosure

A two-part matte-finished handheld device enclosure prototype, shown open on a flat bone-toned background.

Placeholder — awaiting the client's own photography.

The brief

A two-part clamshell enclosure that had to fit-check against the real board and be handled for ergonomics before tooling was committed. The tolerance that mattered was ±0.15 mm at the snap-fit legs.

How we made it

The file review flagged two wall sections too thin to release from a real mould — worth knowing before tooling, not after. Parts were oriented so the snap-fit legs printed without support, and shipped with a measured dimensional report alongside them.
