Our process
Five steps from brief to delivery
The same route every time. You know the scope, the price and the date before anything is printed — and you hear from us if anything changes.
Step
Brief
We receive the brief, discuss the requirements and confirm what is actually feasible.
Send us what you have — a drawing, a photo, a CAD file, or just a description. We come back with questions, not assumptions. If something in the design will not survive printing or will not hold the tolerance you need, we say so at this stage rather than at delivery.
What you get at this step
An honest feasibility answer and a recommendation on process and material
What we need from you
Reference images, files if you have them, the scale, and your deadline
Step
Quote
Transparent pricing, a timeline we commit to, and a written scope.
You get a single document: what we are making, in what material, at what finish, for how much, by when. Revisions included in the price are stated on it. If the scope changes later, we requote before we continue — you will never receive an invoice you have not already seen the number for.
What you get at this step
A written quote with scope, price, revision count and a delivery date
What we need from you
Confirmation of the scope, and a deposit to reserve the production slot
Step
Production
3D design, then resin or FDM printing, then assembly.
We prepare or repair the model file, orient and support it for a clean pull, and print. Multi-part pieces are printed as parts and assembled — that is what lets us hold detail on a form that could never come off the plate in one piece. You get progress photographs at this stage.
What you get at this step
Progress photographs at the key stages
What we need from you
Nothing — unless we find something in the file worth asking about
Step
QC & Finish
Sanding, priming, hand painting, and a check against the agreed spec.
This is the stage that separates a model from a print. Layer lines sanded out, seams filled, primer down, colour applied by hand. Then the piece is checked against the written scope — dimensions, colour, finish. A piece that fails the check does not ship; it goes back a stage.
What you get at this step
Photographs of the finished piece before it leaves the studio
What we need from you
Sign-off on the finished photographs
Step
Delivery
Protective packaging, handover, and aftercare guidance.
Packed to survive the trip — foam-cut inserts for anything fragile, a crate for anything large. Delivered in person in Bangkok, or couriered. Every piece ships with a care card covering cleaning, sunlight, and what to do if something arrives damaged.
What you get at this step
The finished piece, packaging, and a care and aftercare card
What we need from you
A delivery address and a date that works for you
That's the whole process.
No stage of it is a surprise, and no stage of it is subcontracted out.
