Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data MADETHESE Studio collects, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

What we collect
When you submit a quote request or contact form we collect the name you give us, the contact details you give us (LINE ID, phone number or email address), the description of your project, and any files you attach. If you consent to analytics cookies we also collect anonymised usage data about how you move through this site.

Why we collect it
To prepare and send you a quotation, to carry out work you commission, to contact you about that work, and to keep the records that Thai tax and accounting law requires us to keep. We do not use your data for marketing unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We use a small number of service providers to run this site and deliver your order — an email delivery service, file storage, and a courier for physical delivery. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become orders are deleted after 12 months. Order records are kept for the period Thai accounting law requires. Uploaded project files are kept as an archive so that a repeat order does not start from zero — ask us and we will delete them.

Your rights
Under the PDPA you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to withdraw consent you have given, to object to how we are using it, and to have it transferred to you in a portable form. Ask us and we will act on it, and confirm in writing when it is done.

Cookies
This site sets only what it needs to function unless you tell us otherwise. Analytics cookies are not set until you accept them, and you can change your choice at any time from the link in the footer.

How to reach us about your data
Contact the studio using any of the channels on our contact page and mark your message for the attention of the data controller. We respond to data requests within 30 days.
