Terms of Service

These terms apply to commissioned model production work carried out by MADETHESE Studio. The written quotation you accept forms part of them.

  1. 01

    Quotations

    A quotation states the scope, material, finish, price, included revision rounds and delivery date. It is valid for 30 days. Work begins when you accept the quotation and the deposit is received. Changes to the scope after acceptance are requoted before we continue.

  2. 02

    Payment

    A deposit reserves your production slot; the balance is due on delivery unless the quotation says otherwise. The exact split is stated on your quotation.

  3. 03

    Timelines

    The delivery date on your quotation is a commitment, not an estimate. If anything threatens it we tell you as soon as we know, rather than at the deadline. Delays caused by late approvals or late supply of files or content move the date accordingly.

  4. 04

    Intellectual property

    You confirm that you hold the rights to any design, character or brand you ask us to reproduce, or have the rights holder's permission. You own the design you supply and any model we produce to your brief and you have paid for. We keep an archive copy for repeat orders and do not reuse or resell your design. We may photograph finished work for our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

    Warranty

    We warrant delivered work against manufacturing defects for 30 days from delivery, and will repair or remake a defective piece at our cost. The warranty does not cover accidental damage or deterioration caused by direct sunlight, heat, or handling contrary to the care card supplied.

  6. 06

    Cancellation

    You may cancel before production starts and we will refund the deposit less any design work already carried out. Once production has started, the deposit covers materials and machine time committed and is not refundable, but we will always tell you what stage the work has reached before you decide.

  7. 07

    Limitation of liability

    Our liability for any commission is limited to the value of that commission. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Thai law.
