The brief
A six-part valve assembly for fit and rotation testing, tough enough to survive being worked by hand repeatedly.
How we made it
We specified an ABS-like resin rather than a standard one because the part had to take repeated torque, and recommended opening the thread clearance 0.1 mm from the supplied file.
